RETURNS:
We offer credit as follows:
- Refund or store credit on "Full Price" Items
- Store Credit on "Sale Items"
- All sales on "Final Sale" items are not qualified for a refund
RETURN ELIGIBILITY:
- Items must be returned within 15 days of purchase
- All original tags must remain attached
- Items must be unworn (except for fitting purposes) and returned in original condition
- Final Sale Items, or items such as knickers, and personalized items can only be returned if there is a defect (we check all items for defects prior to shipping)
- If at one point we offer gift cards, purchased gift cards can not be returned
REFUNDS:
If eligible for a refund:
- Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method
- Gift Cards or Store Credits will be emailed to you with a 12 months period expiration
- We might sometime send refunds in form zelle, or checks, evaluated case by case
DAMAGED / DEFFECTIVE ITEMS:
